How paid plans are billed
Paid plans are billed in advance for the month or year you choose. Payments are processed by Razorpay, and you get a GST invoice for every payment.
How to request a refund
Email info@inventraapp.in or message us on WhatsApp (+91 74055 06478) with your organization name and the invoice number. Every request is reviewed by our team.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are sent back to the original payment method through Razorpay.
