Is there a free plan?
Yes. Start on the Free plan with no credit card and no time limit. When you need more users, products, warehouses or invoices, upgrade to a paid plan at any time.
Is GST billing available in all plans?
Yes. GST billing is included in every plan, including Free. Each plan has its own invoice limit.
Do prices include GST?
No. Prices are shown before 18% GST, which is added at checkout. You get a GST invoice for every payment.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade based on your business needs.
What happens if I go over my plan's limit?
Your data is never deleted. You'll be prompted to upgrade when you reach a limit. Until then you can keep using everything you already have; only adding new users, products, warehouses or invoices beyond the limit is paused.
How can I pay?
Payments go through Razorpay's secure checkout, which supports UPI, cards and net banking. You'll get a GST invoice for every payment.
Do you provide onboarding support?
Yes. Every account gets an in-app setup checklist and a guided product tour. Our team can also help with onboarding and moving your data in; contact us on WhatsApp or email to set it up.
Can I get a refund?
Send a refund request to our support team with your account and invoice details, and we'll review it. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. See our refund policy for details.
Is my data safe?
Your data is stored on secure cloud servers and sent over encrypted HTTPS connections. Passwords are hashed, only users you invite can access your account, and roles control what each person can see and change.
